  • Alberta DockDogs Club — Our club promotes dog dock diving events in Alberta and the surrounding area. Our events are open to all dogs. We are new but growing strong. Find us on Facebook: www.facebook.com/AlbertaDockDogs.
  • Alberta Kennel Club — All-Breed Dog Club
  • Alberta Lure Coursing Association
  • Alberta Stock Dog Association (ASDA) — The ASDA sponsors over a dozen sanctioned trials throughout Alberta each year and promotes clinics as a key step in developing your dog.
  • Aspen Grove Sighthound Association — Holds 200 Yard Amateur Straight Racing Meets for Sighthounds in Alberta.
  • Calgary Agility Association — A non-profit organization open to anyone interested in participating in the sport of agility, with the goal of promoting the sport throughout the community.
  • Calgary Associated Dog Fanciers — To create a bridge of knowledge and cooperation between the public and breeders, breeders and their peers, legislators and dog owners at large.
  • The Calgary Kennel and Obedience Club — CKOC has been in existence for over 40 years. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the betterment of purebred dogs.
  • Calgary Longshots — A small club situated in Calgary, Alberta, that does a variety of K9 sports including scent hurdle, obedience, agility and especially flyball.
  • The Edmonton Kennel Club — The Edmonton Kennel Club was formed in 1910 to promote purebred dogs.
  • Edmonton Pug Club — An inclusive, active group made up of pugs and all of their pug-mix friends including but not limited to buggs, chugs, frugs, pugapoos, puggles, and muggles from Edmonton and the surrounding areas.

  • Gas City Dog Club — The Gas City Dog Club was formed in 1979 in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and has been officially affiliated with the United Kennel Club, Inc., since 1998. The club focuses on the education of its members and the public regarding responsible pet ownership and, in particular, obedience training for dogs.
  • Northern Alberta Canine Association — If you love dog shows and want to get more involved, consider joining the Northern Alberta Canine Association.
  • OC Agility — OC is “a group of people having fun and companionship with their dogs” in the sport of dog agility. OC Agility operates out of the Edmonton, Alberta area and is pleased to bring people and their dogs together. It’s all about having fun with your dog doing agility.
  • Performance Agility Club of Edmonton (PACE) — A club made up of dog agility enthusiasts throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas, and promoting the sport of dog agility while emphasizing fun and safety. PACE membership is open to anyone interested in dog agility from newcomers to upper level competitors.
  • Red Deer & District Kennel Club
  • Rose County Canine Association — RCCA has been hosting UKC obedience trials for 10 years west of Edmonton. This June RCCA hosted our first APDT rally-o trial. We encourage handlers/all breeds/mixed breeds to register their dogs and participate in our events.
  • Search and Rescue Dog Association of Alberta® — A volunteer, non-profit group of dogs and handlers who serve the community in times of emergency or disaster.
  • Southern Alberta Toy Dog Fanciers — Encompassing the southern portion of the province we have members that include people from the conformation, agility, and obedience rings, as well as pet owners. The club has owners representing many of the 20 breeds recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club in group 5 (Toys).
  • Training Troop — Formed in 2003 by a small group of Calgary agility enthusiasts who saw a need for some “self help” training, seminars, and more AAC trials in the Calgary area.
  • Western Canada Pull Club — Based out of Calgary, Alberta, The Western Canada Pull Club practices for and hosts IWPA sanctioned competitions for the sport of weight pull.

  • Wild Rose Hunting Retriever Club — The WRHRC is a NAHRA member club for hunting retriever dog owners,handlers and breeders based out of Calgary, Alberta.
