Ear Infections

Several breeds are prone to ear infections, most breeds with floppy ears and those who like to swim are the most susceptible. Many dogs who do get them can be chronic about it.

It is important to check your dog’s ears regularly. The ear should be light pink or flesh-toned and clean, and there should be no odor coming from the ear or the ear canal.
